Dr. Narendra Singh was born in June 1961, into a distinguished family from Pidawali village, Bharatpur (Rajasthan). He earned his M.S., M.Tech., and Ph.D. degrees from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, followed by post-doctoral research at the University of Leeds, England.
With a wealth of experience in technical education, Dr. Singh has been associated with leading universities across the United States, Austria, and Australia. His career has been dedicated to advancing quality technical education in India, where he has played a pivotal role in various academic and institutional initiatives.
Dr. Singh has also contributed extensively to the promotion and utilization of alternative and renewable energy sources, driving impactful projects and research in the sector.
He is an active member of several national and international technical associations and forums, reflecting his commitment to global academic and industrial collaboration. He currently serves on the Boards of Governors of several esteemed institutions, including RIET Jaipur, RCEW Jaipur, RPC Jaipur, KITE Jaipur, CGI Bharatpur (Rajasthan), WCTM Gurgaon, and WCMSRH Jhajjar. In addition, he has been a member of the Governing Councils of numerous technical institutes and business schools across the country.
Dr. Singh is also a committed member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), where he continues to contribute to the advancement of the technical education ecosystem.
About Family
Dr. Ritu Singh (Spouse) has completed her PhD from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Further she worked for two years with IIT, Delhi. Thereafter she did her Post Doctorate from University of Leeds, UK under Nehru Centenary British Fellowship Programme of GOVT. of India and Govt. of UK.
She had also worked with Ministry of Information of Technology, Govt. of India. For past few years she has been associated with a number of technical institutes in India and abroad.
Kunwar Nishant Singh (Son) holds an MS in Engineering and Management from King’s College, University of London, UK. Over the past few years, he has been closely associated with the World College of Technology and Management. He also serves on the Advisory Boards of several esteemed institutions, including RIET Jaipur, RCEW Jaipur, RPC Jaipur, KITE Jaipur, and CGI Bharatpur (Rajasthan).
